The Village provides a microschool as a service solution – we turn teachers and parents into school owners. We are already working with sponsors to open small preschools and dayares for both Polish and Ukrainian children here in Poland. Our tech allows for lead management, children allocation and supporting teachers with delivering high quality of education. We will also provide employment for Ukrainian women working either as village owners or teachers. This is a real solution to the crisis, providing care when parents seek employment etc. You do not have preK as a segment and small children is where help is needed most.
